Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by some significant issues. While the staff was generally friendly, the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. I found small spiders in my first room, and when I was moved to a new room, I encountered a large spider in the bathroom sink and a clogged drain that I had to manually clear.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and comfortable, clean bed. The hotel's facilities were great value for the price I paid, and parking was easy to find. However, the hotel's dated decor was a bit of a letdown, and there was no on-site cafe or restaurant. Fortunately, there were plenty of eating options within a 15-minute walk.

I was impressed by the helpful staff and the information travel desk within the building, which made planning my trip much easier. My room was a good size, clean, and even came with a fridge, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional, especially the tour lady who went out of her way to help us every day. We ended up extending our stay from one night to five nights because of the hotel's great location, comfortable rooms, and very competitive price. Our room was always kept clean and restocked, which was a big plus.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I requested to use my loyalty benefits, but the QR code provided by the staff couldn't be scanned due to the old, worn-out paper. Despite trying it with four different phones, it still didn't work. The staff seemed unhelpful, and I ended up paying full price for my stay. The room itself was outdated, and the air conditioning had a musty smell.
