The staff were kind and, even though the breakfast schedule conflicted with the morning round, they packed food for us the night before and let us eat later without any rush, which I appreciated. They also offered airport pickup and a late checkout, which was a huge help, and they kept our luggage safe when our flight times were tight. This was my second visit, I’m heading to Cambodia now and found the value excellent, so I’ll definitely return. The hotel itself didn’t have any issues, but the airport pickup was problematic because the driver couldn’t find the road to the hotel, forcing us to circle the city several times and feel uneasy.

I was thoroughly impressed with the Granferte Hotel, where I stayed in a spacious apartment for 10 days during a work trip. The daily cleaning, modern amenities, and basic yet sufficient kitchen equipment made my stay comfortable. The gym had everything I needed, and the staff were extremely welcoming and always available to assist. Although it's a bit further from the city center, the hotel's affordability and convenient Grab services made up for it.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, with a spacious room and a full kitchen setup. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. The quiet location made it easy to get some rest, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. However, I was disappointed that there was no pool, and the breakfast selection was limited. Additionally, there was no food available in the hotel at night, but I could order from outside using an app.
