The place was pretty peaceful and the staff were kind, but Buffalo PD walked into our room looking for something, guns out in front of my children.

The check‑in staff seemed nice, yet the room was very run down and unclean, with water leaking from the floor; breakfast was very lacking, only slices of bread, stall cereal, and fruit cups were offered.

The staff were friendly and the pool was clean, but the hallways were dirty and the exterior door was tapped across the lock, which raised safety concerns.

The staff were very nice and the rooms were clean, and the hotel is pet friendly.
