I was drawn to this small boutique hotel because of its prime spot just a short drive or walk from Naoussa, and it really lived up to that promise with several nearby beaches. The staff were a mixed bag: the older lady who cleaned the rooms and didn’t speak English was sweet, but the breakfast crew could be borderline hostile at times. The room layout was odd, with a claustrophobic toilet but a comically large shower, and the amenities like tea were never refilled. I even found cobwebs and killed two large spiders while staying, plus the sheets had stains on at least one night. The beach itself faced the meltemi summer wind, so we couldn’t swim even though we chose the hotel for its beach access. Breakfast was a la carte but the buffet was limited and repetitive.

The staff were great and the vibe was cool, but the food fell short.

Everything was beautiful and very clean, but the gym was a bit disappointing.
