The stay felt genuinely welcoming and cozy, though the rooms were a touch noisy—something George and Steve can’t fix. The hosts were lovely, and the food at both dinner and breakfast was superb. I’d recommend it.

The room and bed were comfortable, very clean, and the place was quiet, far from the main road. Steve and George were extremely friendly, the home‑cooked meals were good quality, and the value was great. The whole spot exudes a welcoming vibe, and the location is convenient for business in Newtown and for walking.
