Everything was excellent, especially the magnificent service and the very good food; overall from arrival onward it was all good. The rest was fine too.

The peace at this hotel is wonderful, and the restaurant staff are very kind. The pool area cleaning was minimal or nonexistent.

I loved how easy it was to get in and out of the city and to visit Parque Gallineral from this spot. The hotel itself looks great, is well kept, the rooms are nice and the wet‑room areas are superb. Breakfast was good and the parking lot is huge. I did wish there were more hangers and a comfortable chair in my room, but otherwise everything was excellent.

The food was decent. I couldn't get hot water and the noise from the reception desk and the road was annoying.
