The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us a lot with a problem. The hotel is dark, and if your room is on the interior side you get almost no natural light or a window you can open—because you would be looking at the dining hall below. The location was fine for us, since we had to be at the exhibition hall, but otherwise the surroundings are rather bleak.

Everything was perfect—from the hotel’s position for reaching the expo to the building itself. The room was clean and tidy. The dining service was good, and I want to thank a very kind waiter whose name I didn’t catch, maybe John. The stay is highly recommended.

The proximity to Flanders Expo, where we had the event, and to the tram station are very good. There are no cheap groceries nearby. Q8 and Bio‑planet are close, but they are quite expensive.

A really really comfortable and beautifully designed hotel. I can say this is one of the best business hotel I have stayed. Comfortable big bed and a great shower, that’s all you need after a long day at work. Also, it is a 20mins tram (T1) right to the city centre. Perfect stay for me. 1. Essentials like cottonbud have to be requested at the counter. 2. Uber doesn’t have the hotel properly located, so you have to walk to the expo to board at the right pickup location. The road are really tricky so the uber driver will just cancel on you if they make the wrong turn. 3. The hotel breakfast was almost perfect, just missing the famous Belgium waffle. That will be a nice local touch to your breakfast spread
