The room was very comfortable and cozy for resting, but there was a work table and no nearby power outlet, so I couldn’t charge my laptop or phone.

The atmosphere was excellent, the staff were attentive, and everything was very tidy; my wife and I loved it. Perhaps a bit more staff help when leaving the garage would be nice, though the receptionist at that moment seemed to be on her first day and still training.

They offered me a tour of Volcan Chimborazo, claiming they had a guide license, but that turned out to be false, which felt wrong.

The hotel’s facilities and décor are very pretty, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The wooden floor creaks loudly, though I understand that’s part of the building style. Breakfast is lacking; we’d have liked more variety.
