Ideal location, 30 m from the sea and close to the coolest spots on the beach. Rooms are clean, some have AC and a kitchen, Rohana is very kind and always available. The breakfast is highly recommended!

Cheap clean hot water, decent location, and the owner was friendly and smiling.

The stay was very good; we were just 3 minutes from Mirissa Beach, welcomed warmly, and overall everything was top. Be sure to bring earplugs, because the animals are very loud at night.
