We just needed a bed with a bathroom for the night, and the hotel was close to where we had to finish our day. The staff were friendly, though we struggled a bit because they only spoke Bulgarian. Finding the place was a hassle – the address was vague and GPS pointed to an abandoned building. Also, if you don't book online, parking is 10 leva a day.

We couldn't even check in because the owners didn't honor the listing – they said dogs were allowed, but then yelled that it wasn't a zoo and threatened police if we brought our dogs. No refund, no response to our email, and the phone was dead.

I paid for three rooms that the hotel had no availability for, and after reaching out via the site and calling the hotel, I never got a refund or even a response. The hotel staff were unprofessional and the management was downright rude. I won't use this service again.

The hotel is in a convenient spot, the staff are courteous, and there's a huge parking lot that locks at night for safety. There are plenty of tables where you can sit and enjoy your own food. Overall, a solid stay.
