The location was great, though we had to search a bit; everything was superb—owners were fantastic and let us wash our clothes in the machine without charging us, and everything was clean and tidy. The downside was a sewage smell in the bathroom, indicating something was installed incorrectly.

The guesthouse sits right in the center, just on the second quiet street, and the bed linen is snow‑white and the rooms are spotless. The hostess was incredibly friendly.

First of all, the hosts are very pleasant people; thank you personally to them. ❤️ The hotel was solid and quiet, about a 5‑minute walk from the center. The rooms were solid and clean, and I highly recommend it. ❤️

It was too close to my group's hotel. In places like this, mattress or bedding quality is usually subpar, but here the quality exceeded the price. Finding the place isn’t hard, but don’t rely on the map; listen carefully to the owner’s directions and they’ll explain.

Very warm in winter, the best spot among all the places in Georgia I stayed during my 7‑day trip.
