What we liked most was that all the pools were heated and had something for everyone; I loved the warm hot tubs with the beautiful view, the breakfast was amazing—freshly baked bread served hot at your table with guava jam, wow, D+; the team was very attentive and proactive, and I really want to return.

We loved our stay at Porto Pacuíba! Even though it rained heavily during our days there, the hotel had great facilities and we managed to enjoy a lot. The staff were always very polite, friendly and attentive. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the towel situation. Because it was raining and very humid, the towels didn’t dry during the day and we ended up using the same damp towels at night. I asked for extra towels, but they told me it wasn’t allowed and that the change was only once a day. I think in this type of situation they could have been a little more flexible.
