The room was clean and well‑located. The room lacked a bedside table, but that isn’t a big problem.

The room was spotless and had a pleasant scent, which was a nice way to start the stay. I struggled to find the place at all and was taken aback by the fact that it was still in its original, unrenovated condition. The cleanliness helped offset the confusing arrival, but the whole thing could have been clearer.

The accommodation was tidy and the neighbourhood gave me the feeling that it was safer to be back in the room before dark. Nothing else really stood out, but the peace of mind was welcome.

Being right in the city centre was a huge plus, and the apartment matched the photos – simple, very clean, and the beds were comfortable with fresh linens. The staff didn’t speak English, but they handled everything through Google Translate and were genuinely friendly, and the key‑card‑only second floor made me feel secure. Having two separate rooms worked well for traveling with a teenager, and the night was surprisingly quiet.

The bed was comfortable and the balcony offered a great view, so the room itself was pleasant. Unfortunately, the Saturday‑afternoon receptionist was extremely hostile – she shouted at us, refused to let us use the stairs, and even grabbed my shirt when I turned away, insisting we couldn’t exit to the parking at 8 p.m. despite the door being locked much later. That aggressive behavior felt more like an assault than customer service.
