“Highly recommend!”

The location could not have been better. Toni was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on our balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The staircase could be challenging if you’re not in shape, but my husband, 66, and I, 62, had no trouble with it; we just took our time. The only downside was that it wasn’t on the first floor. It’s well worth the climb!

“Spacious, comfortable, great location with super helpful staff/host”

Everything was amazing. The staff were friendly, super helpful, and kept us in the loop before arrival to let us know exactly where the accommodation was. On checkout day we had to store luggage, and they made sure we knew how to get back in to retrieve it on our schedule. The bathroom was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was 5 seconds from the East Gate and the Green market and about a 10‑minute walk to the bus station. We really enjoyed our stay. I would have liked to give it 9.5, but I don’t think it’s fair to deduct the full point. The accommodation is on the 4th floor—almost 100 steps of stairs up and no elevator.

“Excellent location, comfortable bed and great host.”

The location was very good, just outside the Silver Gate entrance to the palace. Tony was a great host—very helpful and responsive. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Just be aware there are about 4 flights of stairs to climb. No complaints.

Tony is the highlight of staying here, along with the excellent location.
