The room and the hotel were fabulous; the beds were so comfortable and the hotel smells amazing. It’s a massive shame that the lagoon lets down the hotel massively. It’s poorly kept and beds and food and drinks aren’t cleaned up even after people have left. Used towels, piles of plates and empty glasses. It really reflects badly on such a lovely hotel and changes perception. The staff in the courtyard bar area where the screens are also quite rude and we went to the Barell below the hotel because the hospitality was much better.
