The location near Arona is convenient, parking is available, bedding is fine, and the bathroom is clean. However, the hotel rarely receives sunshine, the coffee machines at breakfast are underperforming, a green LED in the room stays on all night preventing sleep, the AC control panel remains lit all day and night, and a balcony lamp stays on all night while the interior curtain cannot block it. The front‑desk staff on the first day were not very friendly, and the breakfast staff were also not very friendly.

The room was fine and the reception staff were nice. The town is a 10‑minute walk along a busy road, which the hotel didn’t mention.

The lake view is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection, and the lounge has a lake view. The refreshed room with a balcony is clean and fully equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 20‑minute walk from the train station, so it’s better for car travelers. Between the hotel and the lake is a busy street, so the window is usually closed at night, but the view makes up for everything.

“Für 1-3 Nächte in Ordnung.”

The location is good on foot to the city and station, and the view is great, but it’s noisy. Breakfast consists of ready‑made items and is cheap. The bathroom is old‑fashioned and feels makeshift.
