I was impressed by the excellent hospitality and service at Da Spasimo Hotellerie, a highly sought‑after property in an ideal spot for exploring Palermo. The room felt very cozy and the bed was truly comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was good. These positives outweigh a few minor details that could be refined, but overall I strongly recommend this hotel. One improvement I’d suggest is adding a lounge area with sofas or armchairs for guests to relax while checking in or out.

Everything was great! The location is beautiful, the heated salt‑water pool is stunning, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is exceptional, even offering the option to pre‑order sweet or savory pastries from the pastry shop.

Breakfast was very good and the location in Palermo is great; there is ample parking in front of the property. Service was excellent and the staff very friendly – we would stay here again anytime!

The hospitality was amazing. Communication and care for our needs were 10 out of 10. The bed was fabulous, the room was clean, the location was safe, and everything else was perfect. Nothing to fault.

“Zentrale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit familiärem Kontakt.”

The family‑run hotel sits right in the bustling Kalsa old town. We were immediately charmed by the friendly reception and could communicate well in English. The building used to be a tomato factory, and the suites have a loft character with exposed brick walls inside and high ceilings. The furnishings are modern, and the double beds are on two levels, each with its own bathroom and toilet. In the courtyard there’s a seat with a sun umbrella and a small pool with refreshing cold water. The breakfast is served on the roof terrace, and I think it would be a great idea to offer it as a buffet.
