“Wonderful gem of a place”
The hotel was excellent, housed in a beautiful heritage building. Service was flawless, especially from Mr Inder Rana, the manager, and Ajay Kumar. The chef was brilliant, cooking customised, home‑style meals that made us dine at the hotel every night for four nights. Our rooms were very large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with many collectible memorabilia from old times, including a great collection of original photographs and newspaper cuttings. Mr Rana gave us a warm welcome, and Ajay and the staff made the stay memorable. No complaints, except that my parents’ bathroom had a leak that was fixed quickly, and some towels were a bit old and could use renewal.
