The location, security, services, and cleanliness were great, but they forbid using the upper part of the studio, even though no restriction appears on the booking site.

The place is very lovely and welcoming, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry area, and bathrooms; a supermarket is a half‑block away, and the neighborhood is super quiet. Walking to the boardwalk takes 30 minutes but it’s safe and especially pleasant in December. There are tasty local restaurants that are better and cheaper than those near the boardwalk. Fatima and the staff were amazing—among the friendliest people I’ve met worldwide. I can’t wait to come back.

It’s very central and the facilities are very comfortable, but check‑in takes a long time and you need to be very patient; otherwise, the stay, service, and value are all excellent.

Everything was great: secured parking, a comfy bed, adjustable AC units plus fans, and a well‑equipped kitchen for light meals. The only suggestion is to add a few more hooks on the main floor for towels and clothes.
