Overall, the place was decent and the location quieter yet still within walking distance of cafés, the metro, and the city centre; the receptionist was available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The photos made the accommodation look far more luxurious than it actually was, with a tired, dark, and gloomy atmosphere and cheap laminate flooring instead of the wooden floor shown online. One night we heard loud shouting from the room next door for about two hours and nobody intervened, which was very disruptive and made us feel unsafe.
