The room had a separate entrance and an independent bathroom, with access from a lovely, well‑kept garden. Breakfast included packaged brioches and a yogurt per person. The bathroom is simple but comfortable, and the view is amazing. The owner was very kind and helpful.

The lady was very helpful and friendly. The location on the lake is fantastic, with plenty of tranquility. The bathroom needs some improvements: the power outlet near the mirror is precarious and the drain is defective.

“Pessima esperienza”

Being close to the lake, the room is spacious and has everything needed for breakfast. However, the room is a bit cold, and the microwave was dirty with coffee stains inside. The bathroom and shower are small, so a larger person might not fit comfortably. The towel rack and the shelf under the mirror were poorly installed, and the shelf actually collapsed. The simple setting is okay, but it feels a bit sloppy. Our experience was terrible because the owner left the dog alone in the house (our room was adjacent to the lady’s apartment), and the dog started barking late at night and again at 4 am, ruining our sleep. The owner never apologized in person and even refused to refund or partially refund the room price through booking. We definitely won’t return or recommend this place.
