The room was good, the staff were very friendly, and there were enough facilities; it was extremely expensive, the amenities were far apart, the golf course cost €145 per person and was very crowded, and I can’t see how this hotel can be viable.

We spent a week at Viceroy in a suite with Mountain View, enjoying the balcony view of the golf course; the staff, especially Roberta and Philippe, provided outstanding service that made us feel cared for and relaxed. The only drawbacks were the remote location, which we anticipated and covered with a rental car, and a mattress that was a bit too firm, so our sleep quality suffered a little.

The calm, the service, and the architecture were all five‑star level; everything was well integrated and of high quality, from the rooms to the pools and dining. On my birthday they surprised us with a lovely gesture, and the silence in the interior setting, with a beautiful golf course nearby, was perfect. The beach is not close, but not far either. The parking spots were very tight in size, the terrace of the room we had was small and, being on the lower floor, offered limited views and privacy. The room lights and the air‑conditioner noise were a bit troublesome to turn off completely at night.

A lovely spot to unwind, very quiet, with fantastic staff and a great golf course for those who play. The only issue was the computer‑controlled lights in the bedroom.
