Staying at Baxter is more than just a place to sleep; it's an experience. The innkeeper, Kathleen, is delightful. We would have stayed longer just to talk with her. She's an outstanding cook and served us phenomenal breakfasts. The property is beautiful, close to Kerrytown and a fantastic historic restaurant. We were upgraded to an apartment, so I can't comment on the room we originally booked. The apartment was exceptional. Parking was convenient, front and always available. I highly recommend this B&B over a hotel.

A beautiful, comfortable, and cozy home in a great location where you can walk to everything in downtown Ann Arbor. The breakfasts were homemade and delicious! Kathleen is a wonderful host.
