The staff were friendly and smiled a lot, and everything else was fine.

Booking was quick and it worked well for a short stay or emergency, which was my situation. It isn’t luxurious, but the room was clean and the staff were friendly. The communication was poor – when I arrived early at night they didn’t know my reservation and I had to pay an early check‑in fee, then the next day they tried to charge me again without clear communication. For a short or emergency stay it’s still the best option.

Breakfast isn’t included and there’s no kitchen at all. The cleanliness left something to be desired.

The bed was the right size. The bathroom lacked shampoo, there were no power outlets near the bed, the sheets and duvet looked unwashed, there was no hand soap, and the front desk lady was scolding a new staff member right in front of guests; that should be handled privately.
