Everything was perfect, two comfortable rooms, just a few minutes from the metro. The owner, Fabrizio, was very kind. We’ll come back next time we’re in Rome.

The rooms were elegant and well furnished. The location was a bit far from the city centre, but the metro is a 10‑minute walk away. What disappointed us was that, although we booked a stay with breakfast, it was only a dessert: 4 chocolate muffins, 5 croissants and chocolate biscuits for the two mornings. Obviously we had to go to the supermarket to buy something suitable, because we couldn’t leave the kids hungry. The host was fine, polite, and left a box of juice, a bottle of water and one of prosecco in the fridge. Probably this is his habit, to serve dessert at breakfast, but it was clearly not to our taste. The food was missing.

Fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, well maintained and superbly located – very close to the metro station, which made exploring Rome easier. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Contact via WhatsApp was instant and hassle‑free. He gave us great local recommendations – thanks to him we ate well, cheaply and enjoyed excellent coffee right next to the apartment. Whenever we needed something, the host delivered it immediately. Nothing to add, nothing to omit – it was wonderful! With a clean heart I recommend it.
