The porters were really helpful, but that's where the positives end. Our room was a letdown - the balcony door wouldn't close properly, there was only one face towel for two people, and the towel and toilet paper holders were falling apart. And get this, the place wasn't even a hotel, it was some kind of old folks' home. Not cool.

The place didn't look anything like the pictures, which was a bummer. But the real issue was that they didn't provide towels and there was no one around to help us when we needed it.

The price was decent, but that's about where the positives end. I had a real headache with the payment process - they only accepted payment through a link, which my bank wouldn't allow for security reasons. Ended up spending over half an hour sorting it out just to get into the place. And then I had to go to the bank to make a deposit the next day. Not exactly the smoothest experience.

I liked the location, but it was a bit of a surprise to find out it was a retirement home - not exactly what I was expecting. The entrance was a bit weird, too, as I had to go through the basement and use a separate elevator, which felt a bit sneaky. Not ideal, but the location was convenient, I guess.

The room was really comfortable and the staff paid attention to details, which was great. However, I wasn't a fan of having to enter through the basement - it felt a bit awkward. Overall, though, it was a nice stay.
