The location and safety were good, the gym was decent for a workout, and the pool was fine. The AC didn’t work properly, so it got very hot and I had to keep it running all the time just to feel a little cool. There was only one elevator in the whole hotel, and one day it broke, so I had to carry my luggage down all 10 floors on the stairs. The internet was spotty, slow, and sometimes didn’t work at all. The hallways were hot and lacked AC, making them uncomfortable. Food at the restaurant was always the same for breakfast and dinner for exactly 10 days. The gym had no AC, was full of mosquitoes, and was extremely hot.
