We were upgraded from another accommodation as much as possible.

The place is perfectly situated—just a three‑minute walk with luggage from the station and the Bernini express. There’s a restaurant in the same building, and breakfast is served in a neighboring building a few steps away. The staff were extremely courteous; Losah met us, helped with our luggage, explained everything, and answered all our questions. Our room was on the third floor, and the building has no elevator. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Right next to the train station, we were greeted warmly and handed all the information we needed. The bike rental fell through because only two bikes were ready instead of four, and although staff tried to arrange two more, we ran out of time and had to catch the train again.

Very close to the train station. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. They contacted us beforehand and sent pictures of the way and how we could check in if we were late. They also sent a message in the evening asking if everything went well. The only issue was a simple breakfast at the restaurant next door that was supposed to open at 7 am. We were taking the Bernina Express at 8 am and were outside the door at that time. Everything was completely dark. When we saw staff after 7 am, we knocked on the door. It took a little while before they opened. They gave us sour comments about having to prepare breakfast. If the lights had been on and they had opened, we would have realized we were in the right place. We’re older and like to be out early and eat breakfast in peace.
