The room was clean, the bed was nice, and we even had a living‑room area to chat; however, there was no lift and the staff weren’t very friendly to older guests.

The room offered plenty of beds, ideal for a large group sharing the same space, but it sat on the top floor with no lift, forcing us to climb up to level 4 each time, and the cubicle was so short that we had to hunched or crawl in.
