The space is roomy enough to relax and the staff are helpful. The seat of the chair hurts your legs and butt. When I was about to write a note in the drawer questionnaire about thanking the staff and asking for that improvement, I found that another guest’s note was still there. It seemed like a small thing, but it was quite disappointing.

The view was good and the breakfast was delicious. No particular issues.

From the window I could see the river, and the view was great. The shopping street was nearby and convenient. The facilities were old but clean. When checking out, the staff felt like a rookie and didn't seem very considerate.

This isn’t a typical minimalist hotel; I really appreciated that every employee was working hard. After getting off the elevator on the 8th floor, the hallway smelled a bit off. I used the place twice, and personally I could tell a body odor like armpit sweat lingering.

The location was fantastic—right under the festival venue! Checking out at 12 pm let me relax a bit. The air‑conditioner switch was broken, so I was stuck choosing between cold or hot, which was disappointing.
