The experience was horrible—an old building with dogs roaming, filthy rooms, narrow dirty staircases, a poor staff member at the desk, and no restaurant. The photos on the site are misleading; deregister this property immediately.

I really enjoyed my stay: the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything, making the stay even better. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth with no issues, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. Overall, it was a comfortable, peaceful stay at a reasonable price, and I felt welcomed and would definitely consider staying again in Kanpur.

Nothing at all matched the photos; the neighborhood is not good, the bathroom was continuously leaking, rooms were too small, and I was surprised to see such a bad property.
