The hotel was impeccably clean, a very quiet spot, and the welcome was warm. I thank all the staff, especially Mme Chamae from the room‑cleaning service for her smile and kindness, Halima from the spa cleaning for her friendliness, and the dining team—Laila el Azhari, Ghisaine Mbarki, Abd'rahim Ftwaki, Abd'jalil Mohamed—for their breakfast hospitality and kindness. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but there was no similar quality for dinner; the four menus stayed the same throughout our stay, which was disappointing. The spa had a beautiful design but was too pricey, and the massages and hamam were not great. I thank Mme Lamia from the spa service for her attentiveness and kindness.

The welcome was praised by the security guard, the floor manager, the various front‑desk staff, the restaurant team, and the super friendly lifeguard—kudos to these truly professional people. The air conditioning made a bit of noise, but they immediately swapped my room for me.

“Not as expected, for the third time we were day.”

The spa was nice, but it cost more than our last visits. We only liked the vibe, not the service or the prices. The TV and internet didn’t work, there was a lot of noise, and the staff were not very responsive or professional. We thought breakfast was included, but we had to pay 200dh each. The hot pool was also not included and cost 200dh each. The room was listed at 1000dh, but we ended up paying 1800dh per night—definitely a ripoff.
