The spot is great near the old city center, with plenty of coffee and breakfast options nearby. The room is spacious and looks luxurious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything you need.

The place is very close to the city center, and you can park on the street next to the building. There's a nice café right across the street. The check‑in process was a bit complicated, but that seems to be common nowadays in Italy.

It’s almost a luxury apartment with a beautiful living‑room corridor and a huge balcony, and the location is great in the center of Genoa. Parking is a problem: the host offers a parking lot within 100 m that’s very expensive and, more importantly, it’s closed on weekends; we stayed on a Friday night, wanted to pay but couldn’t get in, which was tricky. Other parking spots are over 500 m away. In the end we risked parking on the street below the hotel, paid only €2.6 for the night, but it felt uneasy. Also, the unit has no kitchen, not even a microwave or kettle; we always book hotels with a kettle, and this was the only one that didn’t have one – it should be improved.
