The décor and cleanliness were great, but the ongoing renovation was a bit annoying.

Everything at the hotel is done with great attention to detail and comfort. The hotel restaurant is superb, the food is delicious, and the staff are courteous. We’ll visit again.

The staff and atmosphere were brilliant, the food was traditional Bulgarian and excellent. The mattress was a drawback.

The staff were polite and welcoming, and the hotel is very close to the airport. The room was excellent, and there are shops nearby that stay open late; the hotel also has a restaurant. I was quite happy with the hotel after a tiring flight.
