The staff were very helpful and polite, yet there was no breakfast or dinner available on site.

The staff were nice, yet there were no Wi‑Fi instructions or dining information, no pub details in the room, the bed consisted of two uneven singles pushed together, a man was smoking in the room above, and the decor hasn't changed since 1979.

Everyone was amazing and friendly, and the environment felt welcoming and lovely, but it was mostly a bit unclean; a little more tidying would have made it perfect.
