After a long drive through the desert, arriving at the hotel feels like stepping onto another planet: generous green spaces, scattered cottages in a unique rock landscape, and a huge pool over the dunes make the setting unforgettable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and every staff member was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our room was a bit small, yet it was tastefully decorated.

The cabins were very nice, and you could even see the starry sky from the bed.

The lodge’s location is stunning and the views are amazing—I wish we’d stayed longer. The staff were friendly, but they were not attentive and we had to chase them for drink orders, glasses, and coffee in the morning. It seemed somewhat disorganised, possibly due to a lack of training or understaffing during a busy period. For a high‑end hotel, I’d expect better service.

Wir waren schon mehrmals dort, und die Canyon Lodge ist einfach exzellent! Wunderschöne Häuschen in wunderschöner Landschaft. Ein wirklich exzellentes Buffet. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal, und sehr nette Tour Guides. Wir kommen sicher bei der nächsten Reise wieder!. nichts, es war perfekt
