The manager of the motel was a delight, but the sudden storm knocked out the power and shut down the roads, which was a real shocker.

Amber was incredibly helpful and communicated well before we arrived; the room was spotless and comfortable, making for a fantastic stay—thanks!

The room was impeccably furnished and had every amenity I needed, and Amber was friendly and supportive; when a storm hit the first night and a tree fell on the power line to Collingwood, she checked in to see how we were doing, offered to boil water on the camping stove for a hot drink, and shared local tips and restaurant recommendations.
