The staff were very polite, nice, and friendly, and they were super helpful. The bed, however, wasn’t that comfortable.

The staff, cleanliness, and location were all great. The only issue was a problem with the shower drainage.

We appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was, from the roomy bedrooms to the cozy lobby where we waited for our bus after the stay. The floors in the rooms were not carpeted, which was a plus when it was raining and muddy outside. We liked having two separate bedrooms instead of booking two rooms. The location was convenient for walking to shops, restaurants, or just strolling along the harbor to see the boats and watch people fishing. They also offered a locked secure room to store luggage before check‑in and after check‑out so we could roam around or go on an excursion without lugging our stuff. The rooms could have used a small couch and a tiny table with chairs to relax together instead of having to sit on the beds. Also, the toilets are quite low to the ground, making it a bit harder for us older folks with less flexible hips and knees to use without feeling like we’ll never reach them.
