What impressed me most was how the hotel sits just steps from the beach—having visited Ha Long many times, I never realized there was a spot so near the shoreline. The team here were warm, courteous, and helped my family decide what to eat, where to go, and which cruise offered a fair price. Our tiny but spotless room, despite having a single bed, felt spacious enough for two adults and two little ones to relax comfortably. In short, I highly recommend this place to anyone.
