The location is excellent and the staff are friendly and polite, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly before I checked in—I found stray strands of long hair on the bed and had it cleaned the next day. The downstairs restaurant serves decent food but is very pricey.

1. The location. Close proximity to M G Road and other business establishments. 2. Buffet breakfast was very good. 3. Responsive staff. 4. Excellent food but only vegetarian. 1. Very limited car parking space. Max 5 cars in the basement. 2. Bed linen and towels look old. They need to improve on this aspect
