The hotel sits in the old town, so you have to walk to get there. I parked nearby and brought only a small suitcase, which worked perfectly, and I was able to pay for parking at the hotel. We had fondue at the restaurant, which was excellent, and breakfast was also very good. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is right in the middle of Gruyères, which is still overflowing with tourists at the beginning of October. Because most people get lost in the evening, it is still very quiet. The room was pretty, clean, pleasantly old-fashioned, and had a nice view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was fine. The small bathroom could be renovated after many years of service.

The friendliness of the staff was outstanding. All of them were attentive and always had a smile ready for guests. Good restaurant and breakfast buffet.
