We were blown away by the rooftop terrace with its little pool – it made for a fantastic evening, and we’d book it again right away.

The place is very beautiful, but that’s all. There is a restaurant open to everyone. Music plays a playlist of six songs on repeat from 19.00 to 23.00, very loud so that guests at the back can hear it (one speaker). We can’t hear each other talk. I asked several times to lower the volume, but the servers and manager ignored us. The room is under the restaurant. It’s noisy until midnight (until the last restaurant guests leave) and the morning starts again before 7.00 for breakfast prep. The manager of the dining area is absent, doesn’t answer the phone, and does nothing for the dining guests. Disheartening.

The spot inside a stunning Medina building next to a fish market is incredible; the décor is gorgeous, the place stays spotless, and every corner smells great – kudos to the decorator. The staff are friendly, professional, and kind, and the food and breakfast are delicious. A special shout‑out to Rahma for the amazing breakfast. This place deserves an 11/10; I’m amazed by the level of service, hospitality, and cleanliness. It’s an experience we loved every moment of.
