Satisfactory for those who enjoy camping, excellent. The cabin is very comfortable, but for more comfort I prefer chalets. Communication was very good from the start. Make sure you ask for the correct location because the address listed isn’t the same.

The place is beautiful, well maintained and spotless! The service was flawless. I didn't try the food to judge that part, but everything else deserves praise; I'll return and bring friends next time. If you're looking for a camping spot, you'll find it here. I didn't find anything I didn't like!

It was exactly what I needed: peace, nature, and tasty food. Fernanda is amazing, helpful, and an excellent host. The bathroom is very clean and the shower heats well; the cabin had sheets, blankets, and pillows, all spotless! Wi‑Fi signal is great and works perfectly throughout the property. The living area has sofas, games, and a huge TV where I felt comfortable and watched two movies at night. The place has several free‑roaming animals: sheep, guinea pigs, ducks, birds, turtles, dogs, a horse, a rooster, and a hen. The fish in the pond are huge, and they lend rods to anyone who wants. There are several barbecues, a beautiful setting, highly recommended, and I'll come back. I had trouble with the address: Booking lists Estrada municipal 500 – Eco cabanas, zip 09160‑200. I couldn’t find that address on Maps or Waze. I entered the zip code and the info I had said it was near Vila do Doce in Ribeirão Pires. When I reached the zip code the app told me I had arrived at my destination, but the sign said the street had a different name, listed as estrada velha. Nothing was there, only unpaved roads and many trees; we asked people we met along the way and no one knew Estrada municipal. We asked a minimarket at the entrance of those unpaved roads and no one knew, and each person sent us further into the woods. It started to get dark, I tried to call the host but no one answered, only the voicemail. I almost went home. I left the woods to go back and managed to put estrada municipal on Maps. It was 40 minutes ahead of where I was; when I got there the host noticed I hadn’t reached the property and sent a WhatsApp message. I explained what happened, she sent the location and I had to go back 40 minutes to where I was 🤯 What I mean is the real address isn’t what’s on Booking; the zip is correct but the street name is Estrada velha 500. The property name is also different; Eco cabanas is the accommodation I booked, not the property name! No one in the area knows it as Eco cabanas. The actual name is Espaço Shiawase. I was supposed to arrive at 16:30, but with all this hassle and extra fuel costs I got there at 19:00, already dark. I think the platform needs to fix the address issue because it was exhausting. I don’t understand why they don’t put the street name correctly and the real name of the place.
