This is the most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was extremely clean, warm, and cozy. Breakfast offered a wonderful selection of fruits, a small range of main dishes, breads, pastries, and milk/orange juice/coffee and tea. The pool was immaculately clean. It’s simply a 10 out of 10. There was nothing to dislike.

Very comfortable to visit Chiang Mai, in a quiet area of Old Town; the rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast was rich and varied, the pool was large and nice, and the staff were very helpful. The pool, being very close to the rooms, can be noisy.

The structure is beautiful, in an excellent location, and the rooms are stunning in their style! I really enjoyed staying here because I felt at home. The staff were very kind and arranged breakfast before the kitchens opened since I was leaving early the next morning for a tour. Everything was perfect! I would gladly return. The walls of the room were too thin, and sometimes I could hear people in the hallway talking.

The garden view and the swimming pool were nice. Nothing else.

The location was great and the pool was very calm, making us feel comfortable. They provide a washing machine with free detergent, which was very handy. Breakfast wasn’t bad. The room smelled strongly of dampness, so we asked for a change to a room that smelled a bit less, though it still had a lot of moisture. Lots of light came in from all the windows at night and there were many mosquitoes because there was no screen and the doors weren’t well sealed. Breakfast starts at 07:30, which feels a little late considering all the tours start early, but they do give you a take‑away bag with a few items if you need them.
