“A charming and cozy stay in the center of Ha Noi”
We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was notably clean and well‑kept, and the amenities were a nice touch. The staff demonstrated excellent communication and thoughtfulness concerning our plans. They were very helpful in recommending local restaurants, attractions, and transportation options. The breakfast buffet was quite good and offered a delicious variety. The location is right in the center of Old Quarter, which is a huge convenience. We'll definitely stay again next time we visit Ha Noi. I wish the room had a small desk with a chair; it’s tough to work while traveling.
