The hotel was solid, the rooms were clean and the hygiene was fine, but what really stood out was the staff’s kindness and willingness to help, always ready for a chat when you wanted one – truly outstanding service, with nothing at all to complain about.

I didn’t like the location; it’s a very dangerous area. The pool was unclean, the fireplace was broken, and the outdoor chairs were dirty with no cushions. Homeless people were around the area.

The room was nice with an okay view and good location, but the sheets and comforter were not clean and I had to request replacements. The dishwasher didn’t work and the AC in the double‑bed room was also non‑functional. I was told different places to dispose of my trash from the room.
