The staff were super friendly. We had a huge wardrobe break that left our clothes and shoes soaking wet, and they offered us a dryer free of charge, which was great. We also got a free upgrade to a family room with a large balcony at check‑in. Nothing negative at all.

The staff were friendly, especially in the mornings, but the room was on a different street than the hallway entrance, smelled musty, and the door wouldn’t open fully because the bed was too wide; the room was tidy, the bathroom was clean and newly renovated, yet the shower head was awful, the bed was okay but the pillow was worthless and there was no extra pillow; breakfast was decent and tidy with a normal selection, though more croissants or biscuits would have been nice; it was only for one night.
