The location was super convenient, the host was very kind, and communication was easy (I was initially worried because payment was requested outside Booking via WhatsApp, but everything was smooth and convenient); the room was spacious and offered great value for money. Everything was fine.

The central location was great, but the bathroom fan was very noisy.

The rooms were clean, with an in‑room shower, comfortable bed, and convenient location—about 10‑15 minutes from the station, 5 minutes to the promenade. The room had a fridge, kettle, and hair dryer. The host responded quickly and let us check in an hour early. It sits on a small square with various cafés. I would suggest adding a few tea or coffee packets to the kettle so guests feel more comfortable (you don't bring your own when you arrive). Perhaps also include shampoo and shower gel.

Access was very simple. The staff were very understanding, letting us drop off our luggage early in the morning. The place is ideally situated: close to the train station and the historic centre. Nothing much else.
