We were upgraded to a two‑room apartment, both rooms were spotless and the view of the mountain and waterfall was breathtaking. The hosts were friendly and even gave us a bus pass for the whole stay, which was handy for trips to Ortisei. However, the mattresses were overly soft and the left side sagged, offering no back support, and the pillows were tall and hard, causing us to wake up several times during the night. Only one bathroom had soap, and there was no shower gel or shampoo. The single small garbage bag provided for the entire stay was insufficient, with no extras available.
