⭐ 1/10 – Absolutely appalling. Avoid this property. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. Check‑in was advertised for 3 pm, but after working all day I arrived to find the room STILL WASN’T READY. I was left waiting until around 7 pm just to get into the room. Completely unacceptable. Once I finally got in, the problems continued. The cooker didn’t work, the shower was terrible, the toilet was broken and there wasn’t even any toilet roll. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and not fit for a decent night’s sleep. Other guests were also extremely loud and rude. The management was just as bad. Messages were ignored and I received no proper response when I raised the problems. To make matters worse, management were entering/coming around the property banging around in the kitchen, slamming cupboards and knocking on the door asking who was inside. This was extremely uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. If you are managing a property, you should know exactly which guests are staying in which rooms. The whole place was chaotic and poorly managed from beginning to end. I ended up checking out EARLY and paying to stay somewhere else because I simply could not stay there. I requested a refund and contacted the property, but once again, NO RESPONSE. Late check‑in, broken toilet, no toilet roll, faulty cooker, poor shower, uncomfortable bed, excessive noise and absolutely dreadful management. I would strongly advise people to think twice before booking this place. It was a complete waste of money and one of the most frustrating accommodation experiences I’ve had. I certainly will NEVER stay here again. There was honestly nothing I liked about the property. The experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived until I checked out early.
